Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed. Once you have selected the item/s you would like to purchase, select your shopping cart to review your order and proceed to checkout. You will be offered the option of creating a personal account with our online store which will enable you to login to check the status of your order, view your purchase history, pre-ordered items and items on your wishlist, and to track orders that have been dispatched. Your account will also store information such as contact and delivery details to fast track future shopping experiences with us. When you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with an order reference number outlining your order details and receipt for payment.
You will be offered the option of creating a personal account with our online store which will enable you to login to check the status of your order, view your purchase history, pre-ordered items and items on your wishlist, and to track orders that have been dispatched. Your account will also store information such as contact and delivery details to fast track future shopping experiences with us. This will require you to create a username with your email address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, a prompt is available for you to retrieve or reset your password. If you wish to change your account information, you will be able to do so once you have logged in. Should you experience any difficulties when attempting to login to your account or resetting your password, please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your credit card details will not be stored if you create an account.
Order Fulfillment & Unfulfilled Orders
Orders will be processed and shipped from Australia within 3 business days. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
We aim to keep accurate information of products and stock levels on our website. However, if on the rare occasion a product you have ordered is no longer available, you will be notified of the discrepancy via email and a refund will be made to your credit card. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of shipment and tracking information. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to re-direct your parcel to a different delivery address. If you have received an incorrect item in your order or if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. In this circumstance you will have to await the delivery of your order, then follow our returns procedure in order to obtain a refund for your purchase less the shipping cost. If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue you a complete refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Promo codes can be applied at checkout when you are ready to proceed with payment. Enter the promo code in the payment field and click ‘Apply’. The discount amount will appear in your order summary. To keep up to date with any promotions and promo codes we run, you can sign up to our Mailing List. Promo codes are not redeemable for cash or credit, not transferrable and cannot be applied to past purchases. Depending on the promotion, certain products may be excluded from promo codes. This will be communicated at the launch of the promotion along with the timeframe in which the promo code can be redeemed. If an item is available for ‘Pre-Order’, this means we are accepting advanced orders for an item which is not yet in stock. We provide estimated delivery timeframes only and cannot guarantee the delivery date of pre-ordered items.
Pre-order item transactions are processed identically to orders for items that are currently in stock. You will be required to pay the full amount of the purchase, including shipping cost and taxes, at the time you place the pre-order and your credit card will be debited. When the pre-ordered item is available, we will dispatch your order and send you an email with shipping notification and tracking information. Should you wish to cancel your pre-order, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your credit card will be refunded the shipping cost and purchase amount of the pre-ordered item less 30% of the value as a re-stocking fee.
If an item is available on ‘Back – Order’, this means we are accepting advanced orders for an item which is temporarily out of stock and will be re-stocked. We provide estimated delivery timeframes only and cannot guarantee the delivery date of back-ordered items.
Back-order item transactions are processed identically to orders for items that are currently in stock. You will be required to pay the full amount of the purchase, including shipping cost and taxes, at the time you place the pre-order and your credit card will be debited. We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) only. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorise payment to Half Measures, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Half Measures offers worldwide shipping and free shipping within Australia. You will be able to view the shipping cost for your order at checkout after you enter your full shipping address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. All orders will require signature on delivery and will only be delivered from Monday to Friday so you may wish to consider a delivery address that is your work address rather than a home address. If shipping to a business address please ensure to include the business name when filling out your delivery address details at checkout.
Delivery timeframes below are estimates only and we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters and other events beyond our control.
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge via Australia Post Express
Expected delivery timeframe – 1-3 business days
International orders are shipped via Australia Post Courier, DHL or TNT depending on the destination.

Customs Import Duty & Tax Charges
For international orders, please be aware that orders may be subject to additional taxes and import duties that the customs department of the destination country will determine. It is the customer’s responsibility for payment of any customs duty, tariffs and taxes associated with clearance of their order. For further information on charges associated with your order please contact your local customs office. If you choose to refuse any deliveries from Half Measures, you will be responsible for payment of the original shipping cost to you, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the order, and any costs associated with returning the order to Half Measures.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you have received, please complete a Returns Form and follow the guidelines below and return your item to us within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date, the sales are final. Transactions of sale items and special order / limited edition items are final and non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
A return item must be:
- Lodged with tracking and delivery confirmation
- Received with their original receipt and a completed Returns Form
- Addressed to PO Box 276, Wembley 6913, Australia
- Received in original saleable condition and cannot be worn, washed, altered, marked or damaged in any way
- Returned with their original boxes, authenticity cards, swing tags and protective bags in their original condition. Packaging fees will be charged when items are returned without their original packaging or returned with boxes / bags that are damaged
- Packed safely to prevent any damage to the items and their packaging when in transit
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and, in the case of international orders, will not be reimbursed for any taxes and import duties.
Half Measures is not responsible for any returned items until they are delivered to us. It is the customer’s responsibility if the returned item is lost in transit.
- Upon receiving a returned item, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange if the item and their packaging are deemed to be in their original unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for items deemed to be in less than perfect condition.
- Please contact us to ensure the item you would like to receive in exchange is in stock and can be reserved for you.
- If you would like to exchange your item with an item of a different value, we will notify you via email of the price difference and either refund the difference if the new item is of a lesser value, or charge your credit card with the balance if the item is of a greater value.
- If an item is being exchanged, the shipping cost for your replacement item is free.
- If your returned item is deemed to be in original condition and meet our return standards, a refund will be issued to the credit card with which you used to place your order of the item. Once we have processed your refund, we will notify you via email. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be issued and up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 business days from delivery of return item.
- We reserve the right to deny refund on returned item if it is received in a condition that does not meet our return policy.
Our shipping provider will notify you if an attempted delivery has been made and you will have the option of arranging re-delivery or collection at a local Post Office. Failed deliveries that are unclaimed will be returned to Half Measures. We are not responsible for failed delivery if our shipping provider has made an attempted delivery, if you provided an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or in the event that you fail to pay any customs duty, tariffs and taxes associated with the shipment. If an item requires re-shipping because of the reasons stated above, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost associated with the re-shipment.
