Returns

Should you wish to return or exchange an item you have received, please complete a Returns Form and follow the guidelines below and return your item to us within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date, the sales are final. Transactions of sale items and special order / limited edition items are final and non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

• A return item must be:

– Lodged with tracking and delivery confirmation

– Received with their original receipt and a completed Returns Form

– Addressed to PO Box 276, Wembley 6913, Australia

– Received in original saleable condition and cannot be worn, washed, altered, marked or damaged in any way

– Returned with their original boxes, authenticity cards, swing tags and protective bags in their original condition. Packaging fees will be charged when items are returned without their original packaging or returned with boxes / bags that are damaged

– Packed safely to prevent any damage to the items and their packaging when in transit

• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs and, in the case of international orders, will not be reimbursed for any taxes and import duties.

• Half Measures is not responsible for any returned items until they are delivered to us. It is the customer’s responsibility if the returned item is lost in transit.

• Upon receiving a returned item, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange if the item and their packaging are deemed to be in their original unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for items deemed to be in less than perfect condition.

Exchanges

• Please contact us to ensure the item you would like to receive in exchange is in stock and can be reserved for you.

• If you would like to exchange your item with an item of a different value, we will notify you via email of the price difference and either refund the difference if the new item is of a lesser value, or charge your credit card with the balance if the item is of a greater value.

• If an item is being exchanged, the shipping cost for your replacement item is free.

Refunds

• If your returned item is deemed to be in original condition and meet our return standards, a refund will be issued to the credit card with which you used to place your order of the item. Once we have processed your refund, we will notify you via email. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be issued and up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

• Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 business days from delivery of return item.

• We reserve the right to deny refund on returned item if it is received in a condition that does not meet our return policy.

Failed Deliveries

Our shipping provider will notify you if an attempted delivery has been made and you will have the option of arranging re-delivery or collection at a local Post Office. Failed deliveries that are unclaimed will be returned to Half Measures. We are not responsible for failed delivery if our shipping provider has made an attempted delivery, if you provided an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or in the event that you fail to pay any customs duty, tariffs and taxes associated with the shipment. If an item requires re-shipping because of the reasons stated above, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost associated with the re-shipment.
